What is a Tying the Knot Box?

As you know, wedding planning can be overwhelming and somewhat stressful at times, we get it. Tying the Knot Box is a monthly subscription box for the soon-to-be Bride & Groom. Each box is filled with apparel and wedding essentials to make wedding planning fun!

Each Tying the Knot box will be completely different. No repeat items within the 12 months!

What subscription plans are available?

Month to Month, 6-month and 12-month plans are available.

Cancellation Policy:

Month to Month plans Auto Renew each month until you cancel. You must cancel before your next renewal date. Renewal dates are exactly one month after the last date you purchased. For example, if you order on August 17th your renewal date will be the 17th of every month until you cancel.

6 and 12 month plans Auto-Cancel after the last box in your subscription ships out. These plans are not eligible to be cancelled prior to your Auto-Cancel. If cancelled, you will be charged a cancellation fee.  

Cancellation Fee based on your subscription plan:

Monthly: No Cancelation Fee

6 month: $37.00

12 month: $35.00

When will I get my Box?

All boxes ship in the beginning of each month. For example, if you order between January 1-31st, your box will ship in the beginning of February.

How do you know sizing for the shirts and other clothing items?

Please specify the bride and groom sizes on the checkout page when subscribing. Not all boxes will have shirts, but all will have a form of apparel.

What is typically in a Tying the Knot Box?

Each box varies on how many items are included, but there will always be at least 6 items and no more than 10. Each box has items for the bride and the groom.

Each Tying the Knot Box contains items for the Bride and the Groom, not just the Bride. All boxes will have some sort of apparel in them (shirts, hats, tanks, beanies, aprons, etc.). Some boxes may even have 2 sets of apparel items. Each box is themed for a different stage of your wedding planning journey so the ideas are endless. Here’s a touch of what we include in our boxes: drink-ware (mugs, tumblers, wine glasses, shot glasses, water bottles, drink coolies, travel coffee cups, etc.), travel items (for your honeymoon), totes and other much needed bags, bachelor and bachelorette items, wedding checklists and prep ideas, home décor and supplies, jewelry and wedding accessories for the grooms, Wedding shoe decals, fun wedding countdown blocks and signs, sunglasses, pillow cases and SO MUCH MORE!

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Please send an email to contact@tyingtheknotbox.com with the FULL NAME your order was placed under and the updated shipping address.

**Please note: updating your address by signing into your account and updated manually might not reflect on our end**

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, returns are not allowed. You can cancel your next subscriptions per the policy above.
